On May 26th, The Association of Women in Construction (Singapore) (AWiCS) organised a Online Series via Zoom Platform on “Why the Critical Paths Matters in terms of Time and Money” presented by Ms Sharon McGahey, Managing Director of Kroll Advisory Singapore Pte Ltd, which focused on the importance of critical path and careful planning in the Construction Industry. The Online series was open to the public and approximately 60 people were in attendance. During the session, Audiences had the opportunities to learn from Sharon who is a delay expert with over 23 years of experience in the construction industry with significant experience in the analysis of delays in construction and has provided expert advice on a wide range of disputes involves issues of delay, disruption, acceleration and project manager performance. Topics included: The importance of critical path, Documents required, Methods of Delay Analysis and Why the Critical Path matters in term of money that lasted 50 minutes.
