MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME

At AWiCS (Singapore), we are committed to paying it forward and shaping the next generation of female leaders in the built environment industry. We believe mentorship is fulfilling and mutually beneficial to both the mentor and the mentee.

THE PROGRAMME

The AWiCS Mentoring Programme is a 6 or 12-month initiative designed to foster a mentoring relationship and facilitate professional and personal growth in the built environment industry. 

AWiCS has a growing membership base of professionals in various stages of their career and across different disciplines of the built environment industry. You apply, share with us what you wish to work on, and we will endeavour to find you a match.

APPLY TO BE A MENTOR

Women (AWiCS Members only) working within the Built Environment Industry

with 3-5 years of experience are eligible to apply. 

*Send your CV and express your passion for the industry including why you should be selected for the programme. 

​

A non-refundable application fee of $50 is required for the Mentoring Programme. If your application is unsuccessful, the fee will be refunded.
