AWiCS x Lighthouse Club (Singapore): A Fireside Chat on 16 July 2026 What an inspiring evening of meaningful conversations and connections!

AWiCS and Lighthouse Club (Singapore) were proud to co-host Women in Construction: A Fireside Chat – Building Better Culture by Shaping Workplaces on 16 July 2026 at BQ Bar.

Moderated by Ms. Laurie Thompson , the engaging discussion brought together three accomplished women in the construction industry — Ms. Sinyee Chang, Ms. Carisa Mann and Ms. Hong Hui Min (H M Hong)— who generously shared their experiences and perspectives on how diversity and inclusion can shape healthier and more positive workplace cultures.

The panel explored the importance of creating inclusive environments, the role of sponsorship and advocacy in a traditionally male-dominated industry, and practical ways organisations and individuals can better integrate work and life.
