AWiCS Business Mission to Paris 2026

Over four enriching days, the AWiCS delegation completed a highly productive technical and professional exchange programme in Paris, hosted in collaboration with Bachy Soletanche Singapore.

Supported by leading organisations including VINCI Construction, Leonard, Soletanche Bachy, Elles Bougent and Les SouterReines, the mission offered delegates valuable insights into the forefront of French engineering and innovation.

From underground construction and sustainable foundation engineering to AI integration and heritage restoration, key highlights included visits to the Paris Métro Line 5, the Grand Palais restoration works, Leonard – VINCI’s innovation platform, and Soletanche Bachy’s Equipment Technical Centre and Materials Laboratory.

The programme also featured meaningful conversations on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, offering valuable perspectives on fostering a more inclusive industry and inspiring the next generation of STEM professionals.
