Laura has close to 18 years of private practice experience in the construction industry. She was previously a partner in the Energy, Projects and Construction practice of a leading Singapore law firm and an accredited specialist in Building and Construction, before her recent move in-house.

Throughout her career, Laura has been mentored by senior colleagues, clients and friends in the industry who have had a profound impact on her career path. She has, in turn, mentored and journeyed alongside interns, trainees and associates, and is committed to paying forward the support she received.

Passionate about seeing more women step into leadership in construction, Laura looks forward to sharing her experiences and learning from fellow panellists on how mentorship, sponsorship and strong communities can continue to lift women in the sector.
