Natalie’s journey in the built environment began at the age of 13 when she first stepped onto a construction site. By 14, she had enrolled in a night class for interior design, solidifying her commitment to the Built Environment. She went on to earn a Diploma in Building and a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying.

With over 20 years of professional experience, Natalie has lived and worked in Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States, gaining deep exposure to international business practices and diverse cultural environments. Her global perspective strengthens her commercial acumen and equips her with the adaptability needed to navigate complex, cross-border projects with confidence and clarity.

Today, Natalie leads LCH Quantity Surveying Pte Ltd, one of the few independent Quantity Surveying consultancy firms in Singapore. Under her leadership, she has expanded beyond the borders of Singapore, to South Korea and Timor Leste.

In 2022, she also spearheaded the successful acquisition of JIA Quantity Surveyors and Project Management, further strengthening the firm's presence in the Quantity Surveying practice.

In 2025, Natalie was awarded the AWiCS–SISV Woman Quantity Surveyor of the Year Award. She remains committed to elevating the quantity surveying profession and supporting the growth and development of its practitioners
