Lynette Chew is a Partner at CMS Singapore and a Co-Head of its Infrastructure, Construction and Energy practice.

Lynette has 30 years’ experience advising on contentious and non-contentious matters across the infrastructure, construction and energy sectors in Asia. She specialises in high value, complex projects and disputes in Singapore and Asia Pacific region.

Lynette acts as lead counsel in complex domestic and cross border disputes before the Singapore courts and in institutional arbitrations under ICC, SIAC, AIAC, HKIAC and LMAA rules. She also sits as arbitrator, adjudicator and mediator.

She is the only woman accredited by the Singapore Academy of Law as a Senior Accredited Specialist in Building and Construction Law and is recognised by Chambers Asia Pacific, The Legal 500 and other leading legal directories.
