Ratnakar Garikipati, as the Founder, CEO, and Chairman of LeapThought, leads the vision behind FULCRUMHQ, the company’s flagship Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) platform, designed to support structured collaboration across the infrastructure lifecycle—from design and construction through to handover and operations.

FULCRUMHQ has been adopted across high-impact public and private sector initiatives globally, including national platforms for regulatory compliance and capital project oversight. Ratnakar’s work focuses on data federation, computational BIM, and AI-assisted decision support within regulated, high-complexity environments, helping shape the digital backbone for projects totaling over US$300 billion.
