About the event
The Chartered Institute of Building stands for the science, ethics, and practice of built environments across the world. The mission of the CIOB is to improve the quality of life for those creating and using the built environment.
Caroline Gumble, CEO of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), is hosting a luncheon on 23 August 2023 at 12:30 pm at the Prive @ Keppel Bay. With extensive leadership experience in the UK and overseas, Caroline is passionate about the transformative potential of construction for society. Under her guidance, the CIOB focuses on driving a cultural shift and promoting quality, safety, and sustainability in the industry.
The luncheon brings together women from diverse sectors in Singapore's construction industry, including project managers, planners, engineers, construction lawyers, quantity surveyors, consultants, contractors, and developers. It provides a platform for discussing opportunities and representation for women, fostering dialogue, and identifying strategies for empowerment. The event encourages networking and collaboration among professionals from different construction fields, facilitating mentorship and knowledge sharing.
Caroline Gumble would like to cordially invite the members of the Association for Women in Construction to join the luncheon. We sincerely hope you can attend and contribute to the conversation, as we aim to foster open discussions on women's representation and advancement within the industry.
