Min Zin is a seasoned project management leader with over 18 years of experience in Singapore’s built environment sector, including five years in architectural design. She has led national initiatives such as the development of Singapore’s first MOE Kindergartens, the islandwide rollout of energy-efficient upgrades in more than 300 schools under the MOE implementation programme, and mission-critical projects for the Ministry of Home Affairs. Known for her inclusive leadership and collaborative approach, Min Zin is a passionate advocate for mentorship and professional development. She actively contributes to the Society of Project Managers’ CPD Committee and champions talent development initiatives within PM Link Pte Ltd. Her people-centred leadership continues to inspire and empower the next generation of project managers.
