Sathia co-heads Allen & Gledhill’s Construction & Engineering Practice. His area of practice encompasses a wide range of contentious and non-contentious work in the built environment, with a particular emphasis on construction, engineering and infrastructure projects in the public sector.

Sathia is a board member of the Building and Construction Authority and is the youngest amongst a select group of lawyers ranked in Band 1 for Construction in Chambers Asia-Pacific (2026) and recognised as a Leading Individual for Construction in Legal 500 Asia Pacific (2026), where he is described as “an outstanding construction lawyer and is the go-to lawyer for government”.

Sathia is accredited as a Senior Accredited Specialist for building and construction law by the Singapore Academy of Law, has been appointed as arbitrator in international and domestic arbitrations, is as adjudicator, and is a Principal Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre.
