Sr. Wong Kin Hoong

Sr Wong Kin Hoong has over 40 years of practice in Quantity Surveying and Project Management portfolios specialising in consultancy and contracting services in numerous infrastructures, medical, commercial, residential, integrated resorts projects all over Singapore, Asia , Europe and Middle East regions. He is also a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Chartered builder.

Sr Wong is the Immediate Past President of the Quantity Surveying Division, Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) and has served in the SISV Council since 2001 in various portfolios. His leadership led to the successful launch of the APQS scheme in 2022.

Internationally, Sr Wong has led the SISV delegation to the PAQS Congresses (2021-2024). Notably, he was the Organising Chairman for the 2022 PAQS Congress held in Singapore. He has also played a vital role in strengthening international ties through MRAs, CPD talks, and collaborative forums. As a founding member of the ASEAN Quantity Surveyors Association and Chair of the Singapore Construction Industry Joint Committee (CIJC) (2022–23), he has contributed significantly to local/regional cooperation and policy. Sr Wong was awarded the PAQS Service Excellence Award and PAQS Medal in 2019 and 2023 respectively for his outstanding contributions to the Quantity Surveying profession.
