ID1. Ng Hwee Li

Ng Hwee Li is an accomplished interior designer with over 23 years of local and international experience. A Temasek Polytechnic graduate in Interior Architecture & Design (2001), she began her career in a local commercial firm before earning a First-Class Honours degree in Museum and Exhibition Design from the University of Lincoln, UK. She subsequently worked in the UK across museum, retail, and commercial design, including a two-year tenure at Foster + Partners.

In 2009, Ng returned to Singapore to lead the pilot Diploma in Retail and Hospitality Design at Temasek Polytechnic, mentoring students and earning commendation at the 2012 Nippon Paint Young Designer Award. In 2012, she founded Liid Studio, and in 2014, expanded with Liid Associates to manage larger commercial and hospitality projects.

Today, Ng oversees projects under the Liid brand and continues to nurture design talent as an adjunct lecturer at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts.
