Ar. Wong Wai Ying

Ar. Wong Wai Ying is a Director at AC Consortium Pte Ltd, a Registered Architect in Singapore, and an ASEAN and APEC Architect with extensive experience leading multi disciplinary teams and delivering complex projects across both public and private sectors. Her award-winning portfolios spans leisure, heritage, healthcare, residential, industrial, and infrastructure developments, including iconic landmarks such as Gardens by the Bay - Flower Dome & Cloud Forest, National Orchid Garden Cool House, The Arts House @ Old Parliament, and The Hive at NTU. Wai Ying serves on the 63rd, 64th, and 65th Councils of the Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA), and is Chairperson of the SIA Development Control Sub-Committee. She is also the Deputy Chairperson of the SIA Practice Trust and represents SIA on various built environment regulatory and industry taskforces. An Accredited Professional in Project Management, Green Mark, and Universal Design, she is a member of AWiCS and the Society of Project Managers. Wai Ying holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Building Design (Distinction) and a Bachelor of Architecture (Honours).
