Ar. Ivy Koh

A seasoned architect with almost 20 years of experience, Ivy has acquired both breadth and depth of design work with a wide repertoire of successful projects, with a focus on high-rise residential and mixed developments in Singapore. Ivy typically oversees all design-related aspects of the development – both technical and financial, from project brief formulation, conceptual design, construction administration, to construction management and design management. Ivy works with clients, various stakeholders, designers, technical consultants, and the authorities to realise the visions and implementation of complex projects, navigating the intricacies of building requirements in different locales.  

 
Among her notable accomplishments, Ivy recently spearheaded the successful completion of the SJ Campus in collaboration with Safdie Architects, which won the prestigious President’s Design Award 2025 for Design of the Year. She was also the lead architect for the Temasek Shophouse, which received the URA Conservation Heritage Award in 2019 and was a finalist for the President's Design Award in 2021. 
 
Ivy's visionary approach to architecture goes beyond aesthetics. Her innovative solutions harmoniously blend beauty and functionality, reflecting a deep understanding of the interplay between form and function. She believes in infusing purpose and meaning into her designs, exploring the transformative power of architecture in shaping interactions with spaces.
